Ordered skidsteer tracks, shipped FedEx Freight. Freight was late, then FedEx delivered our product to another customer and had to get it back. FedEx lied about what happened, no one including Tracks And Teeth were interested in chasing down what happened to their customer's freight. A real cluster episode of poor customer service. Cost a lot of down time and wasted profitability coupled with lack of caring for customer.
